Jeep Avenger conquers Europe
It’s celebration time for the iconic Jeep brand, which last Friday, Jan. 13, won the prestigious “Car of the Year 2023” award for the first time. In fact, Jeep Avenger won over the Car of the Year jury of 57 automotive journalists from as many as 22 different countries.
The first of the brand’s four 100% electric Jeep vehicles to be released on the European market by 2025, the Jeep Avenger B-SUV scored 328 points, an impressive 87 points ahead of the runner-up. Many brands in the race to compete against, including the six finalist cars Kia Niro, Nissan Ariya, PEUGEOT 408, Renault Austral, Subaru Solterra/Toyota bZ4X and Volkswagen ID Buzz.
But what made Jeep Avenger the undisputed queen of the Brussels Motor Show, where the awards ceremony was held?
Definitely versatility: Jeep Avenger is compact and agile for city driving, has enough power and torque to tackle any type of road, and a good electric range even for medium-range trips. Despite its compact size, it offers a very spacious interior and above all has a modern and functional design. Characteristics, these, that make it perfect for both urban and off-road use.
The launch of Avenger took place last October 17 at the Paris Motor Show, arousing enormous interest and very positive comments that were subsequently confirmed by customers: in fact, more than 8 thousand units of the launch version – fully equipped – were sold within 3 months of the opening of reservations.
Agile, versatile and quiet, Jeep Avenger is now available across the entire range, featuring a simple and comprehensive offering right from the entry level.
From the entire Mediability team, which has worked with Fiat, FCA and now the Stellantis Group for over 20 years, sincere congratulations and best of luck for the future of Jeep.
