Just the woman I am: Turin turns pink!

On 8 March 2020 the seventh edition of “Just the woman I am” will be held in Turin, an event promoting prevention, gender equality and supporting university cancer research. Just the woman I am is organised by the Turin university system formed by the University of Turin, the Polytechnic University of Turin and the University Sports Centre of Turin and provides a day of sport, fun and solidarity on 8 March. The event will not be limited to the day scheduled for Sunday 8 March, starting from Piazza San Carlo. On Friday 6 and Saturday 7 March, the Prevention Village will be set up, providing space for local associations to involve participants by offering free medical examinations in the name of prevention and well-being, group sports activities and entertainment on stage.

The start is scheduled for 4 p.m. from Piazza Castello and the finish line will be in Piazza C.L.N. The route will take in Via Po, Corso Cairoli to Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, then back to the centre via Via Della Rocca, Via Maria Vittoria, Via Fratelli Calandra, Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, Via San Massimo, Via Principe Amedeo, Via Giuseppe Pomba, Via Andrea Doria and Via Roma.
