From 9 to 11 October 2019, the third edition of Fiera Didacta Italia, the most important trade fair related to the world of education, took place in Florence. Fiera Didacta Italia aims to foster debate on the world of education among institutions, associations and entrepreneurs, in order to create a meeting place between schools and companies in the sector.
This year the fair, dedicated to Leonardo da Vinci and innovation, was developed on two levels: an exhibition area on the long chain of companies working in the world of education and training and an activity dedicated to events such as conferences and seminars, on topics ranging from the technological area to the scientific and humanistic area, to the learning space.
Acer for Education, which has been present for three years as an exhibitor with a large stand dedicated to the world of education, presented innovative technologies for the schools of the future. Acer Education is the ideal technology partner at a time when innovation in schools has enabled teachers to apply a teaching method geared towards more efficient learning.
Acer Education is committed to helping schools create collaborative environments that meet the needs and challenges of the 21st century. In addition, Acer for Education supports the school environment in educating today’s students by helping them become the resourceful, respectful and socially conscious leaders of tomorrow through the provision of cutting-edge technology, educational content and advanced solutions.
The company is at the heart of a rich ecosystem that complements a comprehensive offering of hardware solutions – notebooks, desktops, monitors, projectors, Virtual Reality peripherals and accessories – with classroom management software and after-sales services tailored to the needs of schools. “Our goal is to promote innovation in schools, which in turn leads to revolutionary approaches to education, creating always-on and interconnected learning environments. This enables students to find new tools to help them meet the challenges ahead,” commented Riccardo Tavola, Education Lead at Acer Italy.
At the Didacta Fair, Acer’s main products for schools were on display, with a special focus on mobile devices, proposing ultra-portability, robustness and design solutions, all key features for school users. It was also possible to take part in a playful-didactic experience path created in collaboration with Microsoft!
Mediability has been taking care of Acer’s trade fair set-up for years, supporting its PR during all the Taiwanese multinational’s events. This year, in particular, Mediability was responsible for the graphic design of the Acer stand, the printing of gadgets and brochures for visitors and to remain at the side of every need of the company, graphic and operational, throughout the course of the event.
