Turnover is an innovative startup from Milan, born at the beginning of 2021, which aims to help companies to succeed in the world of e-commerce, supporting them in the structuring of sales on online channels, primarily on Amazon, the marketplace par excellence.
But why is it so important to focus on e-commerce?
The pandemic has led people to move towards an increasingly digital form and experience of shopping, mainly due to the high degree reached by the service, the convenience and reliability it provides and the ability to compare prices online and read reviews from other buyers. For a company, managing its reputation and credibility in this world is therefore becoming increasingly stringent. Retailers are constantly looking for people who can give them concrete support in the process of change, both in terms of technology and innovative solutions for management.
It is with this in mind that Turnover’s idea of supporting sellers in managing online commerce was born. The agency takes care of taking over customers’ Amazon accounts, increasing sales and, thanks to a business model based on the mechanism of renevue share, zeroing the barriers to entry.
