Mediability is awarding the management of the new Press Office and Press Review of the Ordine degli Psicologi del Piemonte

Mediability is happy to announce a new collaboration, officially started in June, with the Ordine degli Psicologi del Piemonte. The Order has decided to entrust our agency with the management of its press office and press review.

The Ordine degli Psicologi del Piemonte, through a professional network developed throughout the region, manages to maintain links with institutions, identify the needs of colleagues, encouraging their participation and the development of projects useful to the professional community and to intercept the needs of the territory and citizens.

The fruits of the collaboration with Mediability have already resulted in two press releases, published on 17 and 19 June respectively.

Through the first press release, the Ordine degli Psicologi del Piemonte expressed its position against the council initiative aimed at the approval by the Regional Council of an important amendment to seriously weaken the effects of the Piedmont Law on pathological gambling.

The positive data of the Piedmont region compared to the national average were highlighted but also the risks associated with the pandemic as theses in favor of the important role played by the Piedmont Region Law 9 of 2016. Thanks to the work of the network involved and the media coverage of the press release print this law has not been changed, in line with the suggestions of the Ordine degli Psicologi.

Through the second press release, the entry of the Ordine degli Psicologi del Piemonte into the international group (Global Psychology Leadership Team – GPLT) of Societies and Orders of Psychology was announced, which makes the Organization the first and only Italian Order involved in this important international initiative, which includes 60 representative institutions of psychology in the world.

The Group has drawn up a manifesto relating to the actions that psychology can promote to combat the phenomenon of domestic violence, which is most acute during the health emergency. Many, during the long period of lockdown, felt the need for support to cope with a situation that proved to be a source of stress and psychological disturbances and domestic violence is a phenomenon that has unfortunately undergone a worrying increase in level. global during the period of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The relevance of this issue and the authoritativeness of the source, thanks to a network of consolidated press contacts, has led to numerous requests for appearances on TV and radio, as well as in print and on the web.
