Microsoft ExpertZone Summer Party!

More than 50 guests for a very special evening.

Microsoft ExpertZone Summer Party was an event full of emotions: the headquarters in Viale Pasubio welcomed the employees of the main points of sale in Lombardy with an oriental set-up, inspired by the last trip of the project managers. Chinese lanterns, luminous panels and the welcome of the hostesses and the Microsoft team immediately warmed up the atmosphere and took the participants inside the room for an initial aperitif and a chat together.

After the first part of Internal Training, participants were asked to solve some engaging puzzles in teams, rediscovering together all the skills that contribute to creating the “perfect salesperson”: perception, motivation and empathy. Finally, the help of the other teams was needed to solve the last riddle, and understand that the last strong skill needed to succeed is collaboration. A true team-building activity that allowed everyone to rediscover themselves under a single, colourful flag: that of Microsoft.

And then there was the food, the laughter and the merriment. All of this was immortalised by the Polaroids that hung around the room: after personalising them with fun stickers, each participant was able to take their photo home at the end of the evening.

A light-hearted but engaging event to say goodbye before the holidays and make an appointment for September, recharged by the sun and with lots of new ideas in mind!
