Mopar always at its customers’ side

Mopar, the authorised division for the resale of spare parts fitted to FCA models, wanted to reassure its customers with a press release in which it illustrates how the company has decided to implement concrete actions to support, through its network of Authorised Repair Shops, those citizens who, despite the health emergency, are working for the good of the community and need a vehicle in perfect condition.

The announcement states that the Authorised Workshops will remain open for urgent work on vehicles used in the health emergency and on vehicles used in essential public services and essential production activities that are not suspended. In addition, in order to guarantee maximum support in cases of extreme necessity, a series of services have been activated free of charge, on an exceptional basis, during the blockade period: Pick Up & Delivery, a service to pick up and return vehicles at home for urgent and necessary maintenance and repairs; and Mobile Workshop, a home intervention service to restart vehicles with low batteries in urgent and necessary cases.

Giuseppe Galassi, Mopar’s Head of Marketing and Communication for the EMEA region, explains that this choice “is a concrete commitment to our customers, which highlights the professionalism and dedication of our service network. After all, this is our mission: to deal with any event, even the most unexpected, guaranteeing maximum peace of mind to those who rely on us every day”.

Finally, Mopar reassures all its customers with FCA contractual warranties, FCA extended warranty plans and maintenance plans expiring during the lockout period: the expiration of coverage or the grace period for performing a service will be extended by FCA on a voluntary basis until the month following the date of the end of the lockout. On the other hand, the interventions already booked and not carried out during this period will be rescheduled in accordance with the timeframe dictated by the measures taken by the authorities to restore normal operations.
